With a background in civil engineering, Graham Seay brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in the civil and earthmoving industries. As the driving force behind Seay Earthmovers and Taupō Scoria Ltd, Graham has played an integral role in all the company’s projects—from subdivision works to hydro-electric and geothermal developments.

His direct involvement with staff and clients ensures the highest level of service. Graham is also deeply engaged in Health & Safety and environmental best practices, reflecting his commitment to responsible and sustainable operations.

Carl is a seasoned project manager known for his calm leadership in high-pressure environments. With a proven track record of delivering complex projects for major clients such as Contact Energy, Mercury, Transpower, and the Department of Internal Affairs, Carl blends strategic thinking with practical, on-site leadership.

He ensures all projects meet the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and quality, while working closely with teams to uphold industry best practices.

Kayne began his career in the mines of Western Australia and has built a solid foundation in civil construction. Since joining Seay Earthmovers as a Senior Operator, he has progressed to Project Manager, working closely with the Director, senior leadership, site foremen, and staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Kayne’s technical expertise, communication skills, and collaborative approach are key to the company’s continued success.

With a strong background in farming and agriculture, Bevan brings a unique and effective leadership style to civil construction. His success in land clearing and dairy conversions has translated into the management of complex, high-stakes projects at Seay Earthmovers.

Bevan is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring all personnel are well-trained, properly equipped, and supported on environmentally sensitive sites.
