PROJECTS
Wairakei Residences
Wairakei Residences is a landmark development and the first residential subdivision in New Zealand to be located within a protected wildlife sanctuary. The development features 30 premium residential lots, along with shared amenities including a tennis court, pickleball court, pavilion and an adjoining one of New Zealand’s premier golf courses.
By integrating our advanced drone surveying technology with Propeller's mapping platform, we deliver accurate, real-time site data throughout the project. This significantly reduces traditional survey and set-out costs while providing detailed terrain models that enabled the project team to accurately forecast project timeframes, calculate earthwork quantities, and effectively manage surface water runoff. The result was improved planning, greater efficiency, and better-informed decision-making across every stage of the development.

Motuoapa Marina
At the Civil Contractors New Zealand (Waikato branch) awards evening our team secured the Supreme Award in the $1m–$10m category for the 18-month redevelopment of the Motuoapa Marina, completed in November 2017. Providing a unique and cost competitive solution by damming the entrance and draining the basin rather than conventional dredging, we were able to utilize a conventional fleet to install 700 tonnes of steel sheet piling while maintaining zero environmental incidents.

Contact Energy & Mercury – Geothermal Projects
In 2025 and 2026, we completed multiple construction projects within New Zealand’s geothermal generation areas for both Contact Energy and Mercury. The works included the construction of drilling pads for production and reinjection wells, rehabilitation of existing well pads and associated infrastructure, as well as supporting power station and pipeline construction activities.
These projects required a high level of precision and coordination within sensitive operational environments. Our work supported the safe and efficient development and maintenance of geothermal energy infrastructure, ensuring compliance with strict environmental and operational standards while enabling ongoing energy production.
